HAAS TM-1 CNC Mill

The TM-1 or Toolroom Mill from Haas is one of the three Haas that we use at Punch Tools.

A Milling Machine uses cylindrical cutting tools (such as drills and end mills) to remove materials to make a finished part.

Features

This model features a travel of XYZ: 30" x 12" x 16" (76.2cm x 30.5cm x 40.6cm), standard 40-taper tooling, built-in toolholder rack, LED beacon light, 7.5 horse power vector drive (56 kW), 4000 rpm, full enclosure operation, a visual programming system, a power failure detection module, a 1GB program memory, a memory lock keyswitch, a 15” color LCD monitor and USB port, brushless servos on all axes, with a 20-gallon (76 liter) flood coolant system and a table load of 1000 lbs (453.6 Kg).
