The Punch Tools Outside Corner Rounder is a spring-loaded punch designed to radius-trim the corner of parts. Our Corner Rounder features 4 different corner rads in a single cutting unit.

Our Corner Rounder features four different outside radii for versatile notching. Popular Outside Radii Angle Options:

Standard: 1/2" , 3/4" , 1" , 1-1/2"
DOT: 1.5", 1.875", 2.25", 3"
Large RAD: 2", 3", 4", 5"

The punch base is square and rotates for 4 different radii. By pivoting the base, you can easily switch between radii.

Can handle up to:

Mild Steel: .015" up to .075"
Aluminum: .015" up to .125"

Works with any power source: ironworker, press brake, power press, porta press, or any between two to five tons minimum.

Setup and adjustment are straightforward, ensuring clean, burr-free cuts. Press brake mounting is available for added convenience.
