Tube Slotting Machine

The purpose of these slots is to facilitate seamless assembly of the tube into the inner diameter of the muffler. While the slot locations in the video below were not critical, Punch Tools offers precision gauging solutions for applications where exact placement (e.g., 180° across each slot, and other specific requirements) is essential. For projects involving multiple tube sizes, we provide custom-designed mandrel dies to ensure a perfect fit for each diameter.

Our expertise includes creating slots in virtually any shape, tailored to meet your specific design requirements. Common muffler slot shapes, such as straight, oblong, Torca, and teardrop, are meticulously crafted with the highest precision to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
