CNC

Our CNC machining centers integrate electronic 3D design created with SolidWorks® using Mastercam® which part models into machine code to complete your tooling assemblies.

Heat Treat

We are able to utilize numerous in-house heat treatment and grinding processes that enable our toolmakers to control quality and keep project plans on time.

Grinding

A surface grinder is a machine which produces a smooth finish on flat surfaces. A grinding wheel cuts chips of metallic and non-metallic substance from the workpiece, resulting in a smooth and flat surface.

EDM

Wire EDM allows for high accuracy and is particularly useful for creating intricate and complex shapes in hard materials. It offers the ability to penetrate very hard metals, machine complex shapes, and reduce distortion on fine features—achieving tasks that would be challenging or nearly impossible using traditional CNC methods. It can tolerate higher heat on conductive materials of any hardness, achieving an accuracy of up to one-thousandth of a millimeter.
