The Punch Tools Outside Corner Notcher is a spring-loaded punch designed for precision notching in sheet metal. It features four outside different angles (click the images above for further details).

Optional shaped notches, including DOT or custom pattern, can be added per spec—ask for details!

Power Source: Any (Punch Press, Press brake, & other power sources up to three times)

The punch base is square and rotates for 4 different radii. By pivoting the base, you can easily switch between these radii, with a capacity of up to 1/8” aluminum.

Setup and adjustment are straightforward, ensuring clean, burr-free cuts. Press brake mounting is available for added convenience.
